    I love living a healthy lifestyle. But I love living too! I cannot adhere to an extremely rigid way of life, nor do I want to. As mentioned in the section “My Courses” under Nutrition , I am a lover of life & want to enjoy the time I have on this planet. For me, a big part of living life to the fullest is enjoying mouthwatering food on a regular basis! Food is fuel but food is also pleasure. Unless you have health issues such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, fatty liver, food allergies & other conditions that need physician’s approval, you can have indulging days, tasty meals, snacks & desserts. Due to living in different places & my extensive travelling, I have been blessed with wonderful, extraordinary culinary experiences. With my internationally inspired, unique, exquisite & extremely easy recipes, I will provide athletes & non-athletes with healthier alternatives to the mainstream food, desserts & snacks that are both nutritious & flavorful at the same time.
